Cheapest
Life Insurance
Life insurance
is often mistaken to only be for the aged. The average life
span of Americans (not to be grim) is unfortunately only 37
years of age. Although this statistic does not bear on any one
persons life expectancy, it does point out the reality that
most of us are in need of life insurance. Also, the longer one
waits to purchase life insurance, generally speaking, the more
expensive it becomes for the purchaser. Does that mean someone
should go with the cheapest life insurance? Not necessarily.
Many factors should be considered before choosing which company
and type of life insurance should be purchased including but
not limited too:
As is true with
all types of insurance, companies have different
standards that should be considered. Not all companies
require a physical examination of health depending on the
dollar limit of the policy or the age of the applicant.
Life insurance also has different coverages including
whole and term insurances. Understanding the difference
in each policy (what you get for what you pay) is truly
important. Can your rate increase? Does it ever expire?
Is there a cash value that can be received prior to the
applicant's death? The age of the applicant also can have
quite an effect on the price of life insurance. A 25 year
old in clean health can often purchase three times the
dollar amount coverage for half the monthly bill of
someone twice their age.
Free
insurance quotes are
available from many online companies. Many life insurance hub
sites offer access to different life insurance providers and
their rates. Since not all companies offer the same type of
coverage and base their rates on individual factors, one should
be mindful of receiving quotes from varied sources. Your
personal situation should determine if the cheapest life
insurance is really the route to
choose.
